M. Andrew Pippenger

Practicing in the firm’s Chattanooga office, Andy has represented clients in trial and appellate courts throughout Tennessee and Georgia for over twenty-five years in a wide array of litigation, from complex commercial disputes to cases arising from catastrophic personal injury. Andy demonstrates an ability to navigate the intricacies of thorny cases, break down those intricacies, and present his client’s position most effectively. In recent years Andy’s practice has focused on contract and property disputes, and defense of professionals in cases alleging professional negligence.
